When I would walk Maggie, as we neared the Rigney house, she would tug on her leash because she knew Rafiki lived there. Frequently Mike would be outside, working in the yard, getting Meghan off to PROACT, or sitting on the porch. These two retirees would enjoy watching our pets and talk about most anything, our children, the weather, fast cars, the 60s. The past couple of years, Mike has not been well, and I didn't see him as much. I'll miss Mike and our chats. He was a fine man. My sincere condolences to Mary and the girls. Your neighbor and friend. Paul Smith
