Winston B. Smith, Jr. departed this life of Thursday, June 3rd at 2:11 p.m. Winston was born April 8th, 1989 at HCMC in Minneapolis, MN. He attended Hiawatha Elementary, Folwell Middle and Coon Rapids High School. Winston was energetic, full of life, always a prankster and very funny. He had a heart of gold, and would help anyone that was in need. He loved his children and hanging out with family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory ~ his daughters, Auviorra, Jah'Niyah, and his son, Kyland Smith; his father, Winston B. Smith, Sr.; his mother, Elisaa T. Wilson; his brothers, Jesse Floyd and Kidale Smith; his sisters, Tieshia Floyd, Tamara Wilson, Mahogany Kelly and Shatana Cooper; grandparents, uncles, auntie, nieces, nephew, and a host of cousins and friends. Funeral service Saturday, June 12th at 11 AM ~ Shiloh Temple, 1201 West Broadway Avenue, Mpls. 55411 with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment following service at Crystal Lake Cemetery.
A PRECIOUS ONE FROM US IS GONE,
A VOICE WE LOVE IS STILLED
A PLACE IS VACANT IN OUR HEART
WHICH NEVER CAN BE FILLED
AND AFTER A LONELY HEARTACHE
AND MANY SILENT TEARS
BUT WILL ALWAYS HAVE BEAUTIFUL
