Timothy Patrick McNulty, 68, of Shorewood, MN died Thursday, May 25, 2023, of cardiac arrest. Tim was a graduate of Benilde-St. Margarets and the University of Minnesota. He worked for over 40 years as an owner and principal at McNulty Construction Company of Minneapolis. He was well loved by family, friends, co-workers, customers, and all those to whom he connected with his Irish wit, humor, and one-of-a-kind personality.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. McNulty, and Helen J. (Linsmayer) McNulty. Tim is survived by his wife, Leila; sons, Timothy (Alexandra) and Yusef (Laura) ; and beloved granddaughter, Mayla. He is also survived by his siblings, Jim McNulty (Janice), Marran McNulty, Jane McNulty, and Cynthia Coughlin, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tim lit up every room he entered. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He cherished summer adventures at the family cottage on Lake of the Woods in Ontario. He was loyal and caring, and he would do anything to help others. He truly had a heart of gold and is greatly missed by those who had the privilege to know him.

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held on a date later this summer.
