Richard Jame Anderson, age 87 of Bloomington, MN. Born February 3, 1932 in Fort Dodge, IA; passed away December 1, 2019. Survived by wife, Anna; children, Sandra (Marion) Ensz, Jeffrey (Janet) Anderson and Gregory (Lori) Anderson; grandchildren, Jessica (Mike) Czabator, Allison Ensz, Brittany Anderson, Blake Anderson, Cameron Ensz, Courtney (Casey) Thompson, Ryan Anderson and Kyle Anderson; great-grandchildren, Liam and Emery Thompson and Arabella Czabator, sister, Jo Papantonis; other family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Melvin and Chyrstal Anderson and granddaughter, Brooke Anderson.

Richard “Dick” was married to Anna Marie for 65 years. He grew up in Rolfe and Toledo Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in the ROTC program. After serving in the Marine Corps., he spent the majority of his career in the investment industry as a stockbroker for Merrill Lynch and E.F. Hutton in Minneapolis.

Dick will be remembered as a generous and dependable husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed outdoor activities including fishing, hunting and gardening as well as working on various projects in his workshop.
