Merle Anne Meyer, age 98 of Bloomington. Born August 25, 1925 in Minneapolis, MN; passed away September 9, 2023. Preceded in death by husband,, Charles “Bud” Meyer. Survived by children, Chuck “Doug”, Bob (Connie), John, Jean (Mark) and Mary; grandchildren, Michelle (Matt), Rachael (Dustin), Jennifer (Nick), Mary (John), Alex, and Jake; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris; brother, John; sister-in-law, Beverly. Merle was an auxiliary member of the Knight of Columbus, and was active in her churches. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, and time spent at the lake. Mass of Christian Burial 10am, Tuesday, September 19th at The Church of the Nativity of Mary, 9900 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington. Visitation 5-7pm, Monday, September 18th at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 9947 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington and one hour prior to mass at church. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
