Jerry and I were best friends in high school. We along with our buddy Kent joined the Air Force on the buddy plan. We were together only five weeks on this plan. Kent got discharged for migraine headaches and Jerry and I got sent to separate training facilities. I got out after a tour of Vietnam in 1967 and went into law enforcement. Jerry stayed in and did his duty to his country for twenty years. I will always regret not catching up with my old friend one last time. Jerry you were a special friend to me and I will never forget you.
