Thompson, Jeffrey R. “Jeff” age 61 of Minneapolis passed away suddenly at home on June 25, 2022. Preceded in death by father, Richard. Survived by son, Jack; mother, LaVon; stepfather, Elwood Rieke; siblings, Greg and Laurie; aunt, Diane; cousins, Heidi and Heather; and former spouse, Julie Welch Thompson. Funeral service Saturday, July 9th 1:00 p.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home 5801 Lyndale Ave. So. Minneapolis, MN. Visitation 2 hours prior to service. Reception to follow at the Welch-Thompson residence. Interment at a later date.
