Obituary for Hazel Ann "Ann" Stack (DeMann)
Hazel Ann Stack, 92, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, passed away of natural causes April 3, 2021, at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, Minnesota.
Hazel Ann DeMann was born on October 2, 1928, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Minneapolis North High School. Ann worked as a receptionist for a physician and then in the radiology department at St Mary’s Hospital and Fairview-Riverside Medical Center. Ann was a devout Catholic her entire life.
Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel DeMann; brothers Michael DeMann, Jim DeMann, John DeMann, George (Bud) DeMann; and sisters, Marge Johnson and Helen Mathieson. She is survived by sister-in-law Carol DeMann, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation and funeral will be held on April 9, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 5801 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, and a private interment will be held at St Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Stillwater, Minnesota.
