Geraldine Mae Roemer "Geri" age 92 of Minneapolis, passed away on March 18, 2023 at Mt. Olivet Home. Geri was born in Minneapolis on February 10, 1931 to Everett and Edith Beatrice (Clauson) Roemer, but grew up in Drummond, WI. After graduating from high school at the top of her class and a year of college, Geri moved back to Minneapolis. She had various jobs, but was eventually employed by Sims Security Co., where she made lifelong friends with members of the Sims family. Geri was a proud Democrat and was involved with local DFL organizations in Richfield and later in Eden Prairie. Geri will be remembered for her devotion to her family throughout her lifetime. A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Mt. Olivet Home where she had lived since 2019. Private Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
