I dont' know what words to choose
or how to explain my love for my Mother

She is the definition of pure kindness. I only remember her actions to always be forgiving and reaching out to others to listen or guide or comfort them. She always offered anything she had.

Family meant everything to her. Coming from a small family she cherished her own Children and Grandchildren and Great Grandchild These were her most precious gifts on earth. These were her diamonds and sparkle that made her glow.

Many sorrows and physical challanges were a part in her walk of life. I can't say they were easy for her to accept but she always found strength from our Lord to help her come to terms and go on still with her giving loving compassionate heart.

I knew she was available to talk to or help me with anything at any time that I was in need. This was her biggest blessing she gave to me as her child.

I know there were times I let her down. I was always forgiven and we and put it behind us.

I had so much joy sharing or Lord with her.

This past week I was able to miinister to her while she was in her last days. She helped me along the way to come to terms to letting her go. It has been the hardest thing I've had to do. She helped me know how to minister to her. Everywhere in her room was her and was love. I was able to read her favorite bible verses by seeing them underlined in her bible. As well as what her favorite songs which were there also in her bible. And towards the end I was able to know what to do. Just to tell her I was here and that I loved her and would be with her until Jesus came for her. It was what she had taught me by example,

I wanted to sneak a peek of your joy in heaven and I was given a overwhelming feeling of love and comfort and peace that you must be feeling in heaven the night you passed away.

You will always be my best friend,
I love you

Isaiah 40:31 New King James Version (NKJV)

31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.

Mom you were the perfect example of Jesus to me. You were always giving, quick to forgive, always encouraging. You have laughed with me, rejoiced with me, cried with me, grieved with me. You were ever so much of my life and you have been the most influential person in my life. You were the best friend I ever had.

Even in your suffering you gave nothing but love. I will always treasure this last journey I walked with you last week. Your room was a glimpse into what heaven will be like, for it was filled with nothing else but true love. I learned so much from you this week. We are tied together in Christ and like you always told me we will all be together again in heaven.

Today I was out with my nephew and as we turned the corner nearing my home, he noticed an Eagle above us. The Eagle soared above me, almost giving me a show, I felt as though it was giving me a message that you had made it, your wait is completed, you were healed, your free and now your strength has renewed and you can run and mount up with wings like an Eagle

I will never forget you Mom. I love you so much!!
