Frances Muriel Chapman Sever, passed peacefully in the arms of family January 17, 2020. Frannie was preceded in death by her husband Harry, son Christopher and parents Leo and Muriel. Frannie is survived by children Ned Chapman (Gail), Mary Chapman, Sheila Rzepecki (Steve), (Johanna), Elizabeth Leeper (Don), Jeanie Ahern (Frank), Kevin Chapman (Donna), Connie Dittrich (Mark), Nancy Sever, Matt Sever (Emily) and step daughter Leslie Myers; and 29 loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frannie was a devote Catholic who is at peace with her Lord. Frannie's kindness, generosity and ability to lift people up allowed her to have many loyal friends. Her quick wit and gift for storytelling made her the life of the party. A celebration of Frannie's life will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 6820 St. Patrick's Lane, Edina Friday, January 24th at 4:30 PM. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to be sent to the St. Patrick's Church Endowment.
