Holmberg, Dorothy Jean, 91, lately of Columbia Heights and Crystal, MN and long time resident of Duluth MN, passed peacefully from this life on July 12, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Nora Holmberg, brother Carl William Holmberg, and sister Lois Holmberg Johnson. She is survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews and 13 great-nieces and nephews. Until retirement she served as a clerk for St Louis County. A woman of strong faith, Dorothy was active in New Hope Church and Child Evangelism Fellowship. Dorothy was a beloved child, sister and aunt remembered for her generous and fun loving spirit. The family wishes to particularly thank great-niece Sherry Heide and her husband Brad for their loving attention and care during Dorothy’s final years.
