On June 14, 2023 Charles “Ron” Helman was reunited with the love of his life Kathleen “Kas” Helman. After 20 years apart Ron sat in his favorite chair, reached out his hand and joined her in eternity. What a celebration!

Ron was born to Charles L. Helman and Martha E. Helman on July 12, 1936. He was an only child. On December 27, 1955 while a senior in high school he married his sweetheart Kas.

Ron faithfully worked on a mink and chinchilla farm in Pennsylvania until 1969 when they moved their family to Bloomington, MN. He worked at North Central, Republic and Northwest Airlines in shipping and receiving until he retired in 1999 after 31 years of dedication.

He is lived and will be missed by daughter, Pati Harrell (Derek); sons, Steve Helman (Mary) and Tom Helman (Christie); 13 grand kids and 21 great grand kids. As well as his beloved dog and constant companion Lexi.
Dad loved to sit back during family gatherings and watch everyone and say “look what your mom and I did”. Now he and mom can be our guardian angels and watch over all of us forever.
