Lowell D. Newgard, age 77 of Bloomington, passed away on November 24, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born June 27, 1941 in Albert Lea, MN. Lowell retired from Grazzini Brothers where he was a terrazzo floor installer for many years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Newgard; children, Regina McDonough, Cheryl (Vernon) Olson, Steven (Demetria) Newgard, and Terry (Joy) Newgard; Grandchildren, Danielle, Kristen, Jamie, Janel, Laura, Katie, Lanay, and Amber; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Frederick Dale (Arlene) Newgard. A service will be held on Friday, December 7th 11:00 a.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 9947 Lyndale Ave South, visitation one-hour prior. Reception to follow at the Everett McClay VFW. Private interment, Bloomington Cemetery.
