Joan Sexton, 85, of Edina passed away peacefully on March 19 after living with dementia for many years.  Preceded in death by parents and brother.  Survived by husband of 60 years, Bill; and children Nancy Kloehn (Bob), John (Janet), Mike (Judy), Mary Wenino (Paul) and Patrick (Erin) and by 13 grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 AM at the Church of St. Patrick, 6820 St. Patrick’s Lane.  Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.  Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 5801 Lyndale Av. So. and 1 hour prior to mass at Church. Special thanks to the staff at MN Veteran’s Home for their loving care of Joan over the past 5+ years. Memorial preferred to Donor’s Choice.
