Arnold Hoecherl
Arnold Eugene Hoecherl, Of Minneapolis. Born 2-12-1934 and died 2-17-2012. Survived by wife of 52 years, Margaret Hoecherl; sons, Terry Hoecherl and Brian (Lynda) Hoecherl; granddaughters, Grace and Olivia Hoecherl; brothers, Robert (Mary) Hoecherl, Duane (Clare) Hoecherl; sister, Darlene Hoecherl; former in laws John Berger and Barbara (Hoecherl) Olson; nine nephews, four nieces, brothers and sister in laws and other friends and family members. Preceded in death by son, Christopher Hoecherl in 2009. Arnold was a So. HS and Dunwoody Inst. Grad. and a USA Army veteran. He was a 25 year employee of Prestige Lincoln Mercury, and a local 974 business agent for many years. He did most of the interior work on his cabin on Sand Lake, along with many other woodworking projects. He spent many years enjoying fishing and hunting. He was our Mr. Fixit. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday February 21, 2012 10AM at the Church of the Annunciation, 509 West 54th St. Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Annunciation School, Our Lady of Peace Free Cancer Home or donor’s choice.
