Immediate Need

If you have immediate need of our services, we're available for you 24 hours a day.

Contact Us

If your family has just experienced a loss, please accept our sincerest condolences. We know how painful the loss of a loved one can be and would be honored to help your family say goodbye. Our staff is composed of experienced and caring funeral professionals who will strive to exceed your expectations as we lay your loved one to rest.

From a traditional funeral to a celebration of life, we can assist you in planning a service that honors the life of your loved one. Rest assured that we will be by your side every step of the way before, during, and after the service.

Before we can begin the arrangement process, we will first need to gather some important information from you. For both pre-need and immediate need service, our staff requires certain information to help expedite the process. To help make this first phone call easier, we have provided you with some of the necessary information we will require during that call.

Immediate Need

If a death has just occurred or is expected to happen at any moment, our staff must work quickly. One of the first questions we will ask is if a service has already been pre-arranged. If this is the case, the funeral director can begin to coordinate staff to come and assist you immediately. However, if no arrangements have been made, we will need to gather some initial information to begin the process and complete necessary paperwork. Some of the questions we will ask include:

  • The deceased’s name and their date of birth/date of death
  • The location of the remains
  • If they have prepared a will to outline their final wishes?
  • Is the deceased an organ donor?
  • Do you require a legal pronouncement of death?

After this initial information is gathered, we will arrange a time for you to visit the funeral home and finalize the arrangements.

The process of preplanning a funeral service is very similar to those in immediate need. Because there is not a need to finalize the arrangements quickly, this process is often more relaxed than planning an immediate need service. You can expect to be asked many of the same questions but also some additional ones such as:

  • Have any arrangements been made for a different funeral home?
  • Upon passing, who is the next of kin that should be contacted?
  • Your name and other important contact information
  • What would you like included in the service?
  • Will you be prepaying or wait until death has occurred?

After these initial questions have been asked, the funeral director will schedule a time to meet at a later date and finalize the arrangements.
