Age 83, of Backus, MN formerly of Mpls. Preceded in death by wife, Dorothy and daughter-in-law, Mary. Survived by children, Cheryll (Daryl) Jarosch, Robert (Azar), Lori (Ted) MacDonald, Patricia Bauers, Michael; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Steve (Tapper) Pentz & Charles O’Brien; Robert served his country for over 30 years in the Air Force retiring as a Senior Master Sgt., and was also a captain with the MPLS Fire Dept for 20 years. Funeral service Monday 11 AM, Gill Brothers Bloomington Chapel, 9947 Lyndale Ave S. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 1 hour prior to service.
