Condolence: Lois and George were a wonderful couple who befriended me at Civic Orchestra of Minneapolis many decades ago. Lois and I played quartets with her daughter, Marta, and our friend, Cheryl, for many years. Lois had perfect pitch and such a musical sense for phrases and expression. She was a lovely friend and will be dearly missed and fondly remembered!

Condolence: Lois was a friend of so many friends, but especially of my dear friend Ella Emery (as was George)--she was a link in so many musical chains which keep our community musical life going. My sympathy to her family, and to all the people who will miss her.
