Obituary for Leon Martin Theis

Leon Martin  Theis
Age 82, of Bloomington, peacefully passed into eternal life on May 7, 2018 at the Masonic Home in Bloomington. He married Rose Marie Phillips on November 30, 1963. Leon loved his family, working in the yard, grilling and his beloved dog Molly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mabel; father, Charles; stepfather, Joseph; 4 brothers, Ken, Charlie, Don & Norm. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rose; children, Russell (Debbie), Pamela (Timothy) Walsh, Jeff (Tami), Amy (Matt) Colish; 11 grandchildren: Christopher, Katie, Haleigh, Patrick, Elizabeth, Joshua, Seth, Taylor, Ethan, Angel, & Calder; 1 great-grandchild, Zander; sister, LaVonne (Lawrence) Schmidt. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday May 16th 10 AM at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 9900 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington. Visitation 1 hour prior to mass. Interment Bloomington Cemetery.
