Carole Elaine Williamson-Jorgensen (Melby)
Carole E. Williamson-Jorgensen was born December 23, 1932 in Saint Paul and lost her longtime battle with Alzheimer’s Disease December 24, 2017. She grew up in St. Paul and White Bear Lake, MN and graduated from Monroe High School in 1951. Carole was a longtime member of Minnesota Valley Country Club, Bloomington, MN and Palmbrook Country Club in Sun City AZ. She is preceded in death by husband of 40 years, David L. Williamson; son, Gregory R. Williamson. In 1999 she married Robert W. Jorgensen, who survivors her as well as daughters, Geraldine C. Dark, Deborah A. McEnany, Linda L. Williamson, Judith L. Andreas; son, James D. Williamson; grandchildren, Brooke A. Skinn, Michael A. Andreas, Jeffrey D. Andreas; great grandchildren, Ashley Skinn, Grayson Skinn, Austin Andreas, London Andreas and Mason Andreas. Donations may be made in Carole’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota-North Dakota, 7900 W. 7th Street suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 54439 or on line at alz.org. A private family celebration has been held per Carole’s wishes.
