Charles Stamper Sr. born 9/29/1950 in Blakely, GA. Died 11/15/2017 in Minneapolis. He is survived by his wife Laura; children, Cheryl, Chad, Kesha, Monique, Eric, Chuck, Ty, P, and Monique; siblings, Irene, Cat, Ted, Elease, Lorene, Ann, Pete, Hal, Brad and Sug and many beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial service 6:00 p.m. December 1, 2017 at Gill Brothers Funeral Home 7300 42nd Avenue North New Hope. Visitation one hour prior to service. Reception to follow.
