Charles Stamper Sr. born 9/29/1950 in Blakely, GA. Died 11/15/2017 in Minneapolis. He is survived by his wife Laura; children, Cheryl, Chad, Kesha, Monique, Eric, Chuck, Ty, P, and Monique; siblings, Irene, Cat, Ted, Elease, Lorene, Ann, Pete, Hal, Brad and Sug and many beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial service 6:00 p.m. December 1, 2017 at Gill Brothers Funeral Home 7300 42nd Avenue North New Hope. Visitation one hour prior to service. Reception to follow. Family requests donations to DNR in lieu of flowers.
