Germaine Eddy Reuterdahl, age 97, passed away on October 23, 2017 in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Formerly she lived in Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington and Crystal, Minnesota. Germaine was born October 18, 1920 in Alberta, Canada. Preceded in death by husband, Scott A. Eddy; daughter, Anita; son-in-law, Steven, infant grandson, Nicholas and second husband, Norman Reuterdahl. She is survived by children, Suzanne (Dennis), Sharon, Colleen (Eugene) and Thomas; sister, Leona (Alvin) and son-in-law, Gerald. Germaine had 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Through the years she was an avid piano player, seamstress, gardener, Minnesota Twins baseball fan and bridge player. She also enjoyed couples dancing, listening to WCCO radio and was a holiday home decorator par excellence. Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2017 at the Church of St. Bonaventure, 901 E. 90th Street, Bloomington, MN 55420 with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Luncheon immediately following mass. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
