Obituary for Timothy William Waldeck

Timothy William Waldeck
Lac Courte Oreilles lost one of it's favorite water skiers today when Timothy William Waldeck, born in Washington Illinois, tossed the rope at age 70 in the comfort of his beautiful Minneapolis home and in the presence of his loving family. Son of Theodore Paul And Helen Louise Habecker Waldeck, Tim is loved and remembered by his high school sweetheart, best pal and beloved wife of 48 years Becky, his Brother Mike (Susan), his adoring children Elissa, Peter, Katie and Ted and their spouses Dan, Zora and Molly. The light of Tim's life were his grandchildren Christopher, Henry, Timothy, Poe and Teddy—they will remember him fondly and carry on his legacy. Tim is now reunited with his sister Kitty and the two are currently Busy catching up on old times. Ever the dedicated attorney, Tim took great satisfaction and pride working on and discussing his cases, even in his final days. As far as cancer is concerned Tim is the most determined and stubborn man around. Tim lived a full and generous life and we are forever blessed by his love. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 24th at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, 2914 West 44th Street, Minneapolis with visitation one hour prior to mass only. Interment Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Joseph's Home for Children or donor's choice.
