Dr. Oakes cared for my parent's dog, my kitty when I first moved to Minneapolis, my husband's dog before we got married and now for our cat and dog as a family. He was very kind and caring man and an excellent vet. Our 4 legged kids, Paige and Nala, don't especially like to go to the vet, but Dr. Oakes always was able to put them at ease. Our sincerest condolences on your loss.
