Dr. Oakes touched the hearts of all of our family pets with his kind fingers. He took care of my entire family in the same gentle manner. He was a pillar of our community here in SW Minneapolis. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Oakes family. Please know your Dad did the work of a thousand men in his very short lifetime. He left the world a better place. He lived in grace.
