Timothy Thomas  Nipper
Timothy Thomas Nipper. October 20, 1956 September 29, 2017 Timothy, age 60, passed into his heavenly home on September 29, 2017 after being overcome by liver failure. He was born in Winnipeg, Canada, but was a resident of Minneapolis most of his life. Timothy spent his final days at Benedictine Care Center at Innsbruck. Timothy was a graduate of Edina High School where he was captain of the gymnastics team. He received his college degree at the University St Thomas, and then entered St Johns Seminary. He subsequently redirected his career path to receive a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He was a champion of the underdog and loved advocating for them. His loving care was demonstrated to all he represented. Outside of work, Tim found great pleasure in the outdoors, and especially loved being out on the open water fishing and boating. Timothy was preceded in death by beloved father- Thomas K Nipper, his only sister- Susan (Brian Dunn), grandparents- Henry and Katherine Rolski, John and Mary Nipper. He is survived by son- Nathan Nipper, mother- Victoria E Nipper, brothers- Jeffrey HJ Nipper, Randall T Nipper (Susan), Robert Drew Nipper (Tammy), brother-in-law Brian Dunn, aunt and uncle- Louise and Edward Rodzen and many nieces and nephews. A very special thanks to Heather Desanto for her love and commitment to Timothy through difficult times. Services will be held on October 20, 2017 at St Joan of Arc Church- 4537 3rd Ave. S., Minneapolis: 11:00am visitation, 12pm Mass. Many thanks to the wonderful care givers at Methodist Hospital and Benedictine Care Center at Innsbruck. Good-bye, Tim, We will miss you.
